Catering service business of Aim Services

Focusing on growth industries and striving to develop them globally

In the services field, we are aiming to develop service business with high social value and growth potential. For instance, Aim Services, our joint venture with U.S. company Aramark, is providing catering-related services for public facilities, offices and others. In the medical healthcare field, we are focusing on four priority areas: healthcare, senior living, pharmaceuticals and prevention. For example, we have a joint venture with SOGO MEDICAL CO., LTD. to provide solutions for medical institution management. In the fashion business field, we are focusing on brand licensing business and apparel OEM business. Hanae Mori and Burberry are our main partners in brand licensing business. We also support foreign fashion brand holders in expanding their business into the Japanese market, and Japanese apparel companies in improving their distribution processes and developing their business globally.

Business supporting rich lifestyles in Japan and overseas

In real estate development and related services, we are engaged in the development of major office building projects such as the Shiodome Building Project and commercial facilities including UNICUS Takasaki. We also engage in condominium sales in the Tokyo region, seeking to always ensure the highest levels of quality control and product development. Meanwhile, in storage rental, we have tailored the U.S. self-storage business model and launched it in Japan. We are also seeking to develop business in overseas real estate markets. An example of this is a REIT investment in Singapore. In the industrial materials field, we are pursuing woodchip business and related afforestation initiatives in Australia, and also supplying a broad range of paper products for printing and packaging use.
