We are announcing the release of a new Long-Term Management Vision as per the attached document.

Almost ten years have passed since we released the previous vision, and during that period, the global business environment surrounding Mitsui has changed at a very rapid pace. We have made steady progress in changing our business models and mindset through various activities to reexamine what is meant by Yoi-Shigoto (Good Quality Work).

Based on these changes inside and outside of Mitsui, we formulated this new Vision which shows how Mitsui should position itself and continue to create new value that meets the needs of customers and society for the coming ten years.
